From Carly McCray Photography…You may remember Lindsay + Jake’s adorable Wisconsin engagement session (featured on SMP last summer!), when they visited my neck of the woods — the pine forests of Central Wisconsin — from where they call home in Chicago.
They welcomed the new year in style during a quiet evening ceremony at the Grand Geneva Resort on a snowy night, after years of a long-distance relationship between Minnesota and Chicago, and a secret bridge proposal with all of their friends watching.
All of their friends joined them in their NYE celebration, adorned in a soft palette of grays, blush BHLDN bridesmaids dresses, soft greens and gold tones. Sparks flew at a sparkler exit for the books, and the night wouldn’t be completely with, of course, a New Year’s countdown + celebrating late into the night!
