This Enchanted Fairytale Inspiration Has It All, Including Prince Charming
Once upon a time, this editorial from JCG Events came into my life and I fell in love. From JCG Events...We were inspired by the venue Estancia Culinaria We wanted to capture its beauty and add a bit of enchanting mystery to this shoot. The ceremony was set under a helix dome in a forested area on the property. The concept was to design a setting that provided the impression that the couple stumbled upon this structure and decided to get married. The simplicity of the design gave it a more romantic feeling.
The invitations were designed with grey paper and gold letterpress ink with charcoal hand calligraphy. Fresh hand picked guava fruit garnished the signature cocktail drink, which were served in metallic West Elm glass coupes from the oak barrel bar. The garnish provided a pop of color and complemented the dark ethereal florals and enchanted feeling of the centerpieces. The centerpieces with a bit of an untamed wild flare, were complemented by matte black candlesticks and gray candles to complete the look. The reception was set under a Sperry tent with a collection of beautiful rustic tables, set with cocoa dinnerware with forged bronze matte finish flatware. The cake was a work of art in itself, multi-tiered with a large and dark sugar flower that provided a visual mystic at the center of the cake.
