You'd Never Know a Wildfire Was Burning Just Miles From Their Wedding
Courtney and Tyson had the sweetest celebration ever. Despite the fact that there was a raging wildfire burning just miles away, nothing seemed to derail this duo's plans on promising their forever. From the dreamy lakeside ceremony to dinner overlooking the valley, every carefully orchestrated detail by Spread Love Events went off without a hitch. From Spread Love Events...Courtney and Tyson were engaged just off the lake shore of La Stella Winery in Osoyoos, B.C. and chose sister wineries La Stella and Le Vieux Pin to host their wedding ceremony and reception. Saying their “I do’s” by the lake at La Stella, and then enjoying dinner and dancing under a white marquee tent among the rows of grapes at the nearby Le Vieux Pin. Elegant details, wonderful food, heart felt speeches and a dance party that lasted until the early morning hours. Courtney and Tyson, the way you looked at each other that day, and the joy shared among all your family and friends, reminds us why we love what we do. On Courtney and Tyson’s wedding day, wild fire smoke blew in moments before their ceremony. Our dreamy vision of a lake-side ceremony and dinner overlooking the valley was changing. And yet it didn’t. Courtney, Tyson and their families didn’t blink an eye. The wind and wild fire had nothing on these two’s love for each other. It was one of the most meaningful celebrations we have been a part of. The love and energy shared, the laughter, tears and amazing dancing, the celebration was real. It reminded us why we do what we do.
