The fair and lovely gemstone, with its gentle pink essence is a stone of the heart, a crystal of unconditional love. It carries a soft feminine energy of compassion and peace, tenderness and healing, nourishment and comfort.
A fantastic landscape provided the perfect setting for this wanderlust captured in the Baleares on Ibiza Island’s most scenic cliff in front of the iconic fantasy Es vedra Rock where the magic happened.
The mystical Es Vedra dominated the scene and legends surround this uninhabited rock. This dreamy exclusive destination wedding shoot, inspired by a Mediterranean Goddess came from our dreams where each of the team members provided his own gemstone to this breathtaking coastal shoot. We opted for a soft color palette that won over our hearts, coming from Rose Quartz, Pantone’s color of the year, to different subtle shades of pinks, and antique gold.
This island has spectacular natural beauty and this natural display is a big yearly highlight. This shoot takes advantage of the season with the end of the winter as at that time of the year, in February all around the island, the almond trees are blooming with their pretty pinkish-white blossoms and sweet perfumed fragrance. Beautifully styled with an exquisite elegance and romance, Majenia Design talently provided an exceptional atmosphere and a delicious beauty to this photo shoot bringing our vision to life.
Nature at its best with floral arrangements composed by fresh almond blossoms, stock, carnations, pepper berries and lisianthus, assembled with some greenery with grey leaved cistus from the wild coast. Some pepper berries and gorgeous delicate almond blossoms were incorporated with perfection, harmony and love by Laetitia C. Fleur d’atelier, that she sublimated into the decor all along the story to bring a fabulously and magical touch of soft pink. Sublimating the settings, we worked with some beautiful textures and details into the Rose Quartz stones, pink marble, marvelous silk ribbons, table runner and tablescape.
To reflect the supreme beauty of a Goddess flattering silhouette, the bride was dressed by Cortana, a Spanish bridal designer, with an asymmetric bias cut silk sateen wedding dress with open back and gathered waist. Dominating the Mediterranean Sea, this dress embraced the divine curves of her body and was beautifully adorned with timeless accessories such as a stunning headband, headpieces and veil from Orchidée de Soie. The voluptuous femininity and the natural beauty of our adorable, elegant bride has been magnified by the flawless work of our hair and makeup artist Fanny & Co.
From the fabulous textured yellow gold wedding bands to unique fairmined jewelry with a stunning luminous solitaire engagement ring from Paulette à Bicyclette combined with a Mrs. Box ring box, there was so much illuminating beauty.
To highlight the destination wedding inspiration, the talented Nice Plume Calligraphie designed the complete custom stationery suite in the Spanish language with a modern and romantic handwritten typography including a unique illustration with the mystic rock of Es Vedra in the inside of the envelope. Some white organic style handmade nepalese papers and tracing papers in Pantone’s Rose Quartz was the perfect display to reflect the soft pink tones from the overall theme.
The cocktail settings were designed with a pure elegance of pink Champagne and raspberry also called « Champán con frambuesas » in Spanish, and was still complemented by our lovely pink quartz stones, pepper berries and almond blossoms.
Inspired from the beauty of nature and fine art, the enchanting wedding cake was delicately placed on a table draped with shade of pink silk chiffon. For this special occasion, we imagined delighting our wedding guests with a sumptuous cake styled straight from the imagination from Majenia Design and Laetitia C. Fleurs d’atelier with some fabulous details and decorated with gold-painted honestly plant and pepper berries. As we say in French: “La cerise sur la gâteau!”
