From Couture EventsJaime and Minét fell in love while being work neighbors. Jaime worked next to Minét’s boutique & salon (Dolcetti Boutique and A Style Concierge)- co-owned by her and her sister, and he would come over and visit her and helped her with projects around the store as needed. They instantly became good friends. He was always there for her when she needed him and over time their friendship turned into a beautiful romance.

The couple decided to get married at the beautiful Inn at Rancho Santa Fe “It was everything we wanted,” Minét says. “An outdoor venue that could hold our guest count and at the same time had a very quaint feeling.”

The ceremony was very important to the couple and while many think only about the reception. Minét & Jaime wanted their guests to know how important their vows, union, and promise to each other was. They wanted to celebrate it with all of their guests. The ceremony details included a gorgeous Vera Wang gown, six flower girls donned tutus handmade by Minét’s mother, chandeliers hanging from the trees, and vintage doors draped in garland.

There were three of the most delicious signature drinks, lawn games, photo booths, escort cards, and vignettes of vintage furniture for guest to lounge on, hand made signage by the mother of the bride, and the corners of the cocktail lawn were filled with hanging florals.

For the reception, guests dined under a tent with ornate white draping, glittering chandeliers and gorgeous florals. “I wanted a very romantic feeling with mixed elements of wood, gold, blush and florals,” Minét says. Then they danced the night away under the glowing market lights and starlight sky.

The couple LOVES donuts so instead of serving their guests traditional desserts the couple decided to create a donut display with gourmet donuts from Donut Bar.

And they lived happily ever after…
