This is one of those soirees where the breeze hits just right, the sun peeks through the trees in the perfect kind of way and the smiles are aplenty. A day that deserved a top-notch photographer like Coco Tran to capture it all, and that she surely did. Nestldown provided a fairytale backdrop as usual (those Redwoods!) and with Going Lovely coordinating each moment the day went off without a hitch. See even more in The Vault!
From Going Lovely…When Michelle & Rich first reached out and filled me in on their wedding vision and A-team of vendors they had lined up, I knew their wedding was going to be stunning! They had already booked Nestldown , a beautiful and fairytale-like venue tucked away in the Santa Cruz Mountains and wanted my help executing their vision.
Coco Tran was there to capture the big day and all the beautiful details! The theme was romantic and ethereal with bohemian accents, and Park Floral Design’s lush, organic arrangements helped carry that theme throughout the decor.
Dinner took place in the venue’s garden surrounded by a pond and redwood trees. To keep with the romantic and ethereal theme, eucalyptus garlands with loose flowers ran down the long farm tables and were styled with a mix of glass and brass candle holders. Hand painted river rocks served as table numbers and the place settings featured vintage china, glassware, and flatware from Frances Lane.
The fun continued throughout the night in the venue’s charming barn with a delicious dessert bar and a surprise performance by a Michael Jackson impersonator! It was an amazing evening filled with lots of love and laughter. Congrats Michelle & Rich on your beautiful wedding!
