Rustic Elegant Wedding Inspiration at RiverOaks Charleston
Lauren Peele caught my eye with this gem awhile back and Beargrass Gardens Florals & Events are basically my new floral crush (can you blame me!?) but this shoot stands for itself. Lauren describes RiverOaks Charleston as both elegant and earthy, and that description couldn't be more on point, and that combo, along with a color palette I can't get enough of, is what's causing me to pin perfect pic after perfect pic from our Vault today - join me right this way!
From Lauren Peele... I find nature and environment so very inspiring. The location of the wedding can play such a huge role in the overall mood of the wedding day, which ultimately determines the experience guests have. Darci, of Beargrass Gardens, and I wanted to create a shoot that would inspire brides to use the environment to help influence the overall design and feel of their big day.
We decided to shoot at RiverOaks, in Charleston, South Carolina. RiverOaks Charleston is both elegant and earthy, which made for the perfect backdrop for the overall story of our shoot. Darci incorporated hues of pale pinks, crimsons, caramels with accents of blue which all complemented the environment. Our models gorgeous auburn hair and the copper used on the tabletop also help tie together the overall aesthetic. All of the elements used in the design of the shoot helped to enhance, not overpower, the natural beauty of RiverOaks Charleston which is what we would love to inspire real brides to do.
