Elegant Chicago Wedding with an Amazing Donut Wall

First things first – this custom Lazaro dress? It’s everything. Fit for a modern day princess, it’s the kind of dress makes a bride truly feel like a BRIDE, but it’s also only the beginning. Because this wedding is chock-full of awesome details, including a donut wall – that’s right, an actual wall of donuts – that we guarantee would be a hit with any guests. From Britta Marie… Every year I have weddings that stick out as my favorites. It’s a combination of a million things that come together to create this perfect day. Andrea and Cameron’s wedding is definitely at the top of my list for the 2015 season. The bride and groom are two of the sweetest most gracious people I have ever had the privilege of working with. There was such joy shining through their smiles the entire day – and every once in a while I would catch Cameron giving Andrea a look that was filled with SO MUCH LOVE.

The team of vendors that worked on this day could not have been better. Galleria Marchetti is a fantastic family run venue that offers something very unique – a tent setting in the middle of Chicago. Not only is the space versitile, but the staff is the most organized I have ever seen. Usually on a wedding day you expect there to be a little bit of a delay, but of the three times I have shot at this venue, the reception has stayed exactly according to plan, which is a miracle!

The next stand out was the ladies at Big City Bridal. Claire and her team were there to make sure Andrea and Cameron were taken care of, but also looked after the needs of all of the other vendors. They made the day so stress free and FUN, and you could tell how much Andrea and Cameron LOVED working with this talented group of ladies.

The florals were masterfully created by K LA Designs – I could seriously stare at the gorgeous center pieces (with GOLD FRUIT!) all day long. And the DJ managed to combine the couple’s unique music taste to create a playlist that had guests dancing all night long.
