From The Bride…Our vision for the day was to have a beautiful, fun and relaxed celebration with our closest friends and family. We knew we wanted delicious food, garden-inspired flowers and a natural, outdoor venue. Since I grew up in Niagara, I knew I wanted a June, peony-filled wedding among the vines. Tristan and I fell in love with Gracewood. The property feels like a little enchanted estate tucked away from the world. It was perfect for our big day- elegant but comfortable, with lots of space for our guests to explore. We had our ceremony under a gorgeous tree in the orchard, cocktail hour in a lush garden and dinner and dancing in an airy tent next to the vines. The whole day felt like a dream and Tristan and I had the biggest smiles on our faces! And the day-of signage as well as most of the rest of the decor was done by my mom and I. The mirrors on the tables were vintage and we collected them from antique shops.
