Rustic Sunstone Winery Summer Wedding
Michael + Anna Costa have an incredible talent; everything they capture shines bright, and this Santa Ynez celebration is a prime example. From the beautiful Bride prepping for her big day to the special moments between the newlyweds, every image is a work of art. Ambient Event Design and La Tavola worked that same magic on every inch of Sunstone Winery and the finished results, seen here in our VAULT, makes me a true believer in the power of beauty. From the Couple... We wanted to have our wedding take place in an intimate as well as special setting as half of our guests, including our families and friends, had to travel from overseas. Being Japanese, I wanted to add a traditional touch so I welcomed our guests wearing a Kimono and also asked Chef Yamauchi from Sakana restaurant in Montecito to make a special trip to come to the villa and serve sushi for our guests. Our friend, Neil Vanderwoude, fluently conducted the ceremony in three languages. As for the music, during the ceremony and cocktail hour, we arranged a quartet and for dinner and reception, a Spanish guitar trio. To finish off this very special day we all shared a wonderful wedding cake partly gluten free under the shining stars of California.
