Bouquet Breakdown: Seaside Engagement at Crane Beach

We've shown you their elegant summer wedding, and now it's time to step back in time and take a second look at this sweet bouquet made by our own dear Melissa for her lovely Seaside Engagement Session at Crane Beach. Using only two types of blooms (!) this little darling is the epitome of seaside sweetness, and there's even more pretty from her Crane Beach engagement right here in The Vault!

From Melissa.... I made this sweet little bouquet for our Crane Beach engagement session with Rebecca Yale. I love playing with flowers in my spare time, so it was a great excuse to head to the flower market and pick up some blooms! I wanted to create a simple, freely flowing bouquet that incorporated some of my favorite summery colors (peach, coral and white) and one that would sing to the ocean and sand. That's exactly what this beauté did. I love the delicate nature of ranunculus, my favorite flower, so incorporating these was a must. The more weighty snapdragon was a perfect pairing to help support the ranunculus and let them stretch their pretty necks out. I fastened it all with lace ribbon and happily toted it around while we dug our toes in the sand.
