#SMPWEDDING101: Freshen Fall with Florals

The first day of fall is right around the bend, and we've got pumpkin spice and richly layered hues on the mind (can you blame us?!). But when it comes to seasonal palettes, we're challenging ourselves to think outside the traditional and typical. Inspired by the possibilities of a new season, we've turned to Anthony Brownie on how to freshen up your fall palette in a luxe way. Read on for more!

Rich Hues

Rich chocolate browns mixed with deep greens can be gorgeous for autumn weddings; they are a very sophisticated, luxurious choice

Clean + Modern

The clean, modern look of whites and greens can be adapted for fall by gently mixing in hints of cocoa

Romance on the Mind

For couple who wants to create a rich, romantic atmosphere, I love the intensity of purples and reds together; the fall mood works well to support the darker colors

Paired with Pink

Pinks and blushes go so beautifully with browns and cocoas. Together, they make a lovely color story about mixing lighter and darker hues.

Traditional in the Season

For brides who love the idea of traditional fall colors, I think it can be fresh and interesting to go monochromatic and let texture create the story; my favorites for this style are browns and burnt oranges

Unique Pairing

Golds and reds also look beautiful together – they are a fun, unusual combination and look great in a vintage container or maybe a gold-leaf wooden box!

Unexpected Texture

Bouquets can also continue in whites and cremes during fall and be tied with beautiful velvet ribbon in the brides choice of beautiful, rich fall tones.
