Charming + Elegant Holman Ranch Wedding

From Mirelle Carmichael Photography...Beautiful bride Brittany originally wanted to have her wedding in Italy because of its amazing landscape and her family heritage, but logistically the destination was ruled out. Working with Paper & Plumes Events, the goal of the wedding planning was to bring Italy to Carmel, California.
In the end, everything about Brittany and Justin's wedding was charming and elegant, with the perfect Italian details. The weekend kicked off with an Italian-themed rehearsal dinner at the venue, and the wedding reception highlight was the father-daughter dance to Louis Prima's 'Angelina'! The bridesmaids wore their choice of gown in shades of blush, ivory and gold with embellishments, which perfectly complimented the bride's Mori Lee gown and custom veil made by her mother.

Holman Ranch is a naturally beautiful start to the canvas, and we layered in lush greens including lemon leaf garlands, seeded eucalyptus and sprinkled in some floral beauties including garden roses, hydrangeas and wax flowers. We introduced hints of antique brass and mercury glass to bring some of the rustic flavor of Italy into the mix. And naturally because the Bride loves glam -- having gold glitter accents was an absolute must!
