From Booth Photographics… Megan and Bennet met in high school when their siblings married each other. Megan liked Bennet, but he didn’t notice her. Years later, after they had grown to become sweet friends, they realized that they were meant for each other and allowed themselves to finally fall in love with each other.
Megan and Bennet planned a whimsical, garden-inspired wedding at the golf course she grew up at. Her father is a golf coach, and her brother, a golf professional, so Megan grew up spending her summer days at Pleasant View. She wanted to incorporate a sense of whimsy with a light and feminine color palette, foraged bouquets, oversized balloons, and hand lettered signage. Her love of garden inspiration drew in a lush floral backdrop for their ceremony as well as air plants and succulent touches.
As Megan and Bennet shared a glass of Champagne in their iconic Waterford stems, they grinned, rubbed noses, and kissed like they meant it. We loved how they told their personal story through their wedding design and held true to their vision for a whimsical and meaningful celebration.
