Tucked away amongst the evergreens, these Seattle sweethearts wed in a ceremony touched with tradition. From the DIY’ed bouquets to the sentimental vows, it’s the type of celebration that reminds us what marriage is all about. Continuing the festivities at the Museum Of History And Industry, it’s an evening graced with harbor views and Kate Weinstein Photo has it all in The Vault!
From Kate Weinstein Photo… Tim and Becky were married on a beautiful July day in Seattle. Becky wore two dresses on her wedding day; for the ceremony she wore a stunning BHLDN beaded topper over a J. Crew white chiffon dress, and for the reception she changed into a fun gold and cream sequin BHLDN shift dress. The bridesmaids wore mismatched navy dresses, and the bouquets were made of baby’s breath and greenery, which the bride and her family DIY’d.
The ceremony was held at St. Anne’s Chapel at the Villa Academy, a quaint chapel tucked away amongst evergreens, with high arched ceilings and a beautiful cream and light blue interior.
Their reception at the Museum of History and Industry was ideally situated on Lake Union, giving their guests a beautiful view of the harbor. For portraits, we snuck out to the rooftop and had a beautiful view of the boats at sail. The bride’s mother painted the blue watercolor table numbers and signage.
