From the Bride... When Mario and I got engaged my first priority was to hire Classic Events NYC to plan and organize the affair and make my vision of an elegant Manhattan wedding a reality. Upon meeting with Danielle from Classic Events, I explained what my wishes were for my wedding day and, based on our first conversation, I knew it would be exactly what I wanted and more. We set up an appointment at Guastavinos and immediately fell in love with the space and their team. We booked it the following day without seeing any other spaces.
For ceremony location, we knew wanted to get married at the historic St. Patrick's Old Cathedral on Mott Street. The church held significance for us as both my grandparents and parents were married there. In our search for a photographer who would take flawless photos and capture every significant moment of our day, I was recommended by a friend to call Joseph Lin Photography. As soon as I saw his work, I immediately was intrigued by his artistic style and creative ideas.
For our flowers, we wanted something elegant and chic to complement the gothic urban style of our venue. We hired Steven Polizzi from Pedestals who was able to deliver exactly what we were looking for and make everything flawless.
For makeup and hair, I was very concerned about looking overdone and unnatural. I hired the talented team from Alex Anthony Salon who listened to all of my concerns and knew exactly how to make me look and feel like the most beautiful version of myself.
