Think lush florals from Bella Flora Of Dallas, breathtaking captures from Sarah Kate and a classic meets Southern style that will make your heart happy. Head to The Vault for every fab moment, then stay awhile for even more traditional lovely.
From the Bride… Gregory asked me to marry him in a beautiful little park next to an old Southern-style home in Dallas, Texas. From the day he proposed, we wanted nothing more than to cherish each moment of the engagement. We made the intention for the months to come to be full of joy and love. Yet once we began wedding planning, we found the infinite number of options a little overwhelming. We immediately decided to keep things simple and make our decisions based on what just feels… right. Simple means something different for everyone – for us it meant a sweet and romantic ceremony in the park where Gregory proposed and a big ole party in the Southern-style home next door, all with a classic and timeless style.
We are incredibly grateful for so many people that made February 21st, 2015 exactly what we wanted: a day full of joy and love. The amazing team of creators that made our wedding happen clearly put so much heart into their work. There are many beautiful moments that we often look back upon, but the memory we cherish most was right before we were pronounced husband and wife. As Gregory and I held hands, surrounded by the sweetest and most supportive friends and family, Reverend McKellar recited The Prayer of Saint Francis. It was the perfect way to enter the covenant of marriage.
