Foodie brides everywhere, get ready to feed your wedding appetite with this gorgeous inspiration shoot from Elyse Hall Photography. Inspired by Arizona’s newest wedding venue, The Chef’s Kitchen & Herb Garden at Omni Scottsdale Resort, the vendors behind this beauty worked together to showcase the intimate space with a lush tablescape, gorgeous linens from La Tavola and romantic, organic florals. Satisfy your daily wedding cravings here.
Showcasing this new venue was truly an honor for all of the collaborators involved. We wanted to accent the French/Provence theme in the design and decor. We started by placing a long rustic wood table in the kitchen, with European-inspired cross back chairs. Cart Blanche draped it with a beautiful lush garland that spanned then entire table with the most perfect white garden rose arrangements and different greenery flowing out of the garland. It was so dreamy, especially the candles interwoven with the garland. To bring in the natural French vibe, gorgeous blue china was used atop the table with mis-matching patterns. Each setting was accented with gorgeous chargers, glassware and flatware from EventRents. Creating a paper menu that reflected our French vision paired with the wood signage and foliage was a perfect combination. We also used blue glass stemware, which was a perfect touch. Across the room, the Chef’s butcher block counter top was covered in an array of delicious cheeses, meats and desserts- showcasing the amazing cuisine the resort has to offer.
Right away we knew we wanted an amazing cake that looked delicious and natural. We opted for a “naked” or lightly frosted cake, which lent itself to our organic overall feeling. As always, Ruze Cake House did a spectacular job in their execution. The Large white flowers, olive leaves and fresh berries as well as the large warmly lit candles helped to create a romantic vibe. The ‘Best Day Ever’ cake topper by Page & Mason Invitations was a perfect touch.
One of our favorite components is the Hydration Station. Being in the Valley of the Sun, this amenity is so necessary at every wedding. This is a design element that is fun to play around with – with endless options to bring in clever ideas. We wanted to stay within our organic vibe and go for variations of fresh lemonade and water with different natural additives like lemon and mint. The rich blue and green floral La Tavola linen was the perfect piece to pull this vignette together.
The ceremony site was enchanting and romantic. The perfectly paired garland and roses felt like an arch straight out of a French garden. Exactly what we wanted. The view of our famous Camelback Mountain was a perfect blend to top off the lovely shoot.
Our Models could not have been more perfect! The bride’s hombre hair was flawlessly done in loose curls and pulled half way up. I love the way the headpiece sat on the edge of her crown. The long billowy cathedral veil was such a gorgeous addition. The lace dress had a French organic feeling we were all in love with. Paired with a black tux and bow tie for the perfect look.
