Romantic Church Ruins Bridal Session
Be still my beating heart! If I were to dream up a modern day princess-bride, this would be her. From this Bride-to-Be's gorgeous sparkling champagne beaded gown and tiara-tipped cathedral train, to the crumbling church and Spanish moss surrounding, Holeigh V Photography perfectly captured all the romance and drama of this glamorous Bridal shoot in the gallery here!
From Holeigh V Photography... My Bride, Amanda McCants and I traveled together to Beaufort, South Carolina to capture her ethereal Bridal session at the stunning Old Sheldon Church Ruins beneath the Spanish moss and creeping oak trees. Amanda's champaign mermaid gown, created by Sotterro-Midgley, featured lace appliqués and beading with a chapel length veil. She donned a gold headpiece and chandalier earrings to compliment the warm tones within her gown.
Deedie Springer of Springvine design created her pastel blush and ivory bouquet of roses, rananculus and white anemone. Blush silk ribbon, hand dyed and cut by her soon to be Mother-in-Law, cascaded from the flowers down her gown. Looking forward to her marriage, she was inspired by the history of the church and the oaks. She felt it was only fitting to photograph the start of her new life where it had experienced so much in it's lifetime, but was still standing strong hundreds of years later.
