Vintage Tea Party by the Lake Bridal Shoot

My husband and I are having our ten year wedding anniversary this summer. It feels like yesterday. And the moments leading up to our I-Do's are some of my most treasured memories—drinking champagne with my girls, trying not to cry for fear of smearing my makeup, dying laughing over stories past and tearing up over those to come. This shoot, from Ashley Largesse Photography celebrates those perfect hours before the vows with just the girls. And I couldn't love it more. All the pics here!

From Ashley Largesse Photography...The hours leading up to that much-anticipated walk down the aisle are made even more exciting and beautiful when filled with the love of a bride's best friends. As she awakes and nervousness may start to grow within her, it is her bridesmaids' supportive and giddy presence encouraging her to fully experience each moment of happiness.

This vintage tea party inspired bridal shoot took place at An Affair by the Lake in Addison, Vermont. For this shoot we wanted to fully capture the excitement filling the air around a bride and her girls. We surrounded these beautiful ladies with sweetly feminine details and a soft, pretty-in-pink color palette. The bride and bridesmaids dressed in their silk robes, sipping their Vermont Juice Company mimosas, as they started to celebrate with laughs and hugs. Their gorgeous make up done by the delightful Jennifer Perellie and hair by the talented Kerry Armstrong. We captured the emotional journey our bride experienced as she presented her thoughtful bridesmaid gifts organized by the fashionistas over at Common Deer, followed by the famously meaningful moment of stepping into her timeless wedding gown provided by Fiori Bridal. The bride bedazzled her look with jewelry by Edera Jewelry and the bridesmaids with jewelry by TSB Design. Hand in hand these best friends ventured outside to admire the adirondack lake views.

Set in front of a gorgeous whitewashed barn and beside the calming lake, we designed a simple and elegant tea party inspired dining area. Dennille from Village Green Florist worked her magic hanging floral designs and precious chandeliers from the barn doors. Delicate tea cups and a stunning old jewelry box held more of Dennille's beautiful flowers across the table. The vintage furniture and other unique pieces provided by the wonderful Vermont Vintage Weddings perfectly set the tone for this elegant event.

Sweet tooths were definitely satisfied with the heavenly assortment of desserts by The Little Purple Cake Shoppe. Stationery by Christa Alexandra Designs added an additional soft and creative touch to this feminine theme. With coordination and design by the fabulous Jerica over at Etcetera Events Co., design and photography by Ashley Largesse Photography, and design and hosting by Lorraine and Cheri at An Affair by the Lake, the day was beauty galore and all smiles!

We hope that you enjoy this inspired shoot and want to thank you for your consideration in featuring our hard work.
