If you think that an Eiffel Tower proposal in Paris on Valentine’s Day is unparalleled, just wait until you feast your eyes on the wedding captured by Facibeni Fotografia. Set at Bagno Francomare on the coast of Italy, this gorgeous Bride and Groom wed in serious style, with a Ladurée theme and Il Bianco E Il Rosa at their side to plan it all. There’s just too much pretty to recount—the gallery speaks for itself.
From Facibeni Fotografia… Tuscany is widely recognized for its hills, for historical cities and great food. A few know the Versilia coast, in northern Tuscany, and its beautiful towns. Protected by the Alps on one side and the sea on the other, Versilia is a favorite destination for summer vacations in Tuscany since the ’60s. A long 30 km road separates the bathing resorts from cities full of boutiques, art, and good food. The wedding of this beautiful couple was organized in Pietrasanta, a small but lively town rich in art and craft shops, art galleries and taverns with local products. The center of Pietrasanta is the Piazza del Duomo, where is the great cathedral, completely covered with marble outside and painted with frescoes inside.
Alessandra and Massimiliano, like many other Italian couples, chose a religious ceremony in a small church and the reception at the nearby beach, inside a beach resort. After the ceremony, guests moved to the seashore for a cocktail made with sparkling wine and fresh seafood. After that, an excellent dinner prepared right at the beginning of the beach, under the stars with the sound of the sea in the background. The bride was looking for an elegant wedding. She wore a simple and dress and a long veil. The weather, as often in this area, was sunny and breezy; guests have enjoyed a romantic sunset on the sea. Enjoy!
From Il Bianco E Il Rosa… Alessandra and Massimiliano got in touch with me four months prior to their wedding day. They had already booked the church and the venue for the receptions. They were looking for the most suitable vendors for their French-style wedding on the beach in Tuscany. Alessandra and Massimiliano have good taste and, thank to this, were not easy to please. They were looking for a classic but chic ceremony in the church. Given the short time available and the many things to do before the wedding, I got started on it right away.
The theme they chose was “Ladurèe” – the proposal took place in Paris, on February 14th, at the 58 Restaurant on the Eiffel tower. I immediately got in touch with Facibeni Fotografia for wedding photography, as I knew they would have been perfect on this occasion. One of the photographers, Cristiano, is a master in collecting the finest details from a wedding.
The ceremony took place into the stunning Pieve di Valdicastello in Pietrasanta, and was followed by the reception in a luxurious beach resort in Forte dei Marmi. The guests enjoyed canapes on the beach before sit for dinner on the side of the beautiful swimming pool. Fireworks over the see lighted up the night. The music, played by a band that came from South of Italy for the occasion, highlighted the cake cutting, in front of many elegant and thrilled guests.
