From Taffete Designs... Artiese and I wanted to create a theme that would bring Cecil Green Park’s elegant and traditional, yet modern elements to life. Our focus was to enhance these already wonderful features of the mansion and were inspired by the beautiful sunsets we often see at the end of summer. We chose a warm palette of gold, blush, and taupe to compliment our vision for the shoot.

Taffete Designs provided classic vintage-inspired decor pieces to enhance the elegance of the venue. The Flower Factory’s bridal bouquet and centrepiece stunned with roses, ranunculus, peonies and orchids in beautiful bold colors. Post Calligraphy delicately designed the invitation onto acrylic glass and menus with matching place cards in gold ink on blush cotton paper that allowed us to incorporate modern elements into our romantic scene. The Sweet Bake Shop created the perfect naked cake and an array of delectable gold-flaked macarons. Our model, Christina, wore a silk white and latte lace and tulle bodice trumpet gown by Bliss by Monique Lhuillier from Bisou Bridal.
