Romantic Brooklyn Winery Summer Wedding
Fresh florals, rustic and minimalistic tablescapes, and plenty of red wine set the scene at this romantic Brooklyn Winery wedding. It’s difficult to choose, but my favorite modern detail might be that macaroon tower… Yum! Cody Raisig captured every delicious detail in the gallery here, so take a peek!

We wanted our wedding to be different than the weddings we’ve been to. The groom resides in Brooklyn, and we wanted to do it in an upcoming part of the city. We wanted the venue to be urban, rustic and modern, and we found that in the Brooklyn Winery. We still had a few D.I.Y. projects left the night before the wedding, so we found ourselves with glue guns in our hands, finishing up a large re-purposed window that was used for the table assignments. Other last-minute craft projects the night before the wedding included placement cards and tying name tags to bottles of wines, which were used as wedding favors. The bridal gown was a slim and satin dress by Theia. It was open back and modest but a little revealing. The bride’s hair piece was from Twigs and Honey. The bridesmaids dresses were blush twist wrap dresses from Dessy, which were great because each bridesmaid could choose her own style. The cake was a macaroon tower from Vendome NYC. We just sent them a photo of our invitation and venue so they could match the colors. This was a hit with our guests. Photography: Cody Raisig Photography | Floral Design: G!
