Head over to SMP Living for this pretty Lemon Tart recipe crafted by Chef Crystal Melanson!

From Yonder Floral and Decor HouseThe inspiration behind the shoot began with the discovery of 6 yellow taper candles in varying shades that jumped out at a local antique store. I wanted to create a look that was neutral and fresh with elements of jewel tones and citrus accents. The mix of the light woods and soft greys paired beautifully with subtle pops of yellow with lavender accents. The glamping trailer was a neutral backdrop for our couple’s reception offering beautiful lines and wood details, so we wanted to soften the look with lush blooms and pastel colors. The bride Crystal is a beautiful and talented Paleo chef and nutrition coach who prepared a feast of healthy and beautiful dishes or the dinner. This shoot proved to be a lovely combination of natural woods and tones paired with lush greens and pastel blooms with varying options of textured and silk tops with the beautiful Gemmy Malouf skirt from AnnaBe Bridal Shop.

By eating meals made from real, fresh ingredients, such as organic vegetables, grass-fed meats, nuts, seeds, oils, and fruits, you not only support your health but the environment around you as well. Eating Paleo replaces a diet of toxins, GMOs, and low nutrient foods, with wholesome, nutrient-dense real ingredients. Keeping your body healthy and energized with such a diet helps reduce your risk of disease and obesity. Not only does eating locally and organic support your community and local farmers, but it provides your family with a diet of sustainable foods while reducing negative environmental impacts and producing less waste.
