DIY Welcome Bag with Avery

It’s time to get your craft on, loves, because today we’re throwing a DIY party and you’re all invited.  Our guest of honor?  Avery, our go-to place for all things creative with everything from crazy cool templates to awesome printable tags to labels that you can really make your own.  Taking care of your wedding to-do list has never been easier, including these awesome welcome bags.  See how below.

Goodies for Your Guests – We Used:

Print the “Welcome” label onto the iron transfer paper. Cut off excess iron transfer paper.

Place the “Welcome” label face down on the canvas bag and iron on according to the iron transfer instructions.

Print out the “So glad you’re here” template onto the postcards. If you like, you can print the backside with a welcome note or wedding info for your guests. Add a strip of gold glitter tape to the bottom of each postcard.

Make a cross out of gold glitter tape on the muslin bag. Stuff the bag with toiletries and hangover helpers like bandaids, mouthwash, and aspirin.

Print out the “Have a snack” labels onto the square label paper. Fill the glassine bags with munchies like popcorn, mixed nuts, or granola and pop a label on each bag.

Fill the Welcome tote with all the goodies for each guest. You can use printable tags from Avery to add each guest’s name to the bag- we used this font for ours.
