Modern Palm Springs Hotel Wedding

It's a locale with the ultimate cool factor, and when you just so happen to have Spread Love Events on hand bring your eclectic, mid-century vision to life...well, you get THIS. It's a day with style at the forefront and Max Wanger captured the love behind each bit.
From Spread Love Events...Last March we traveled from Vancouver B.C. Canada to Palm Springs with Julia and Mark and 100 of their friends and family for a fun filled wedding at the Viceroy Hotel. Palm Springs is a ever popular destination for Vancouverite's seeking sun and good times in the winter months. Julia's family has be vacationing here for as long as she could remember and now, as a New Yorker, it was a great chance to invite her friends to gather in the desert (around the pool!) for their wedding weekend.
Julia and Mark's wedding celebrations took place at the Viceroy Hotel in Palm Springs, styled with an eclectic of mid-century and industrial furniture pieces, with a focus on fun and an old school Palm Springs vibe. It was perhaps the proximity to Melvyn's (a classic old time favourite of Frank Sinatra's) that sold Julia and Mark on the venue. In fact, we sourced vintage stamps of Frank Sinatra and Marilyn Monroe for the wedding envelopes. We cleared out the modern design Viceroy events typically take on and made room for fun vibe that was the perfect balance of Julia and Mark's favourite New York taco shop (one of the first visions they had for their wedding), and a classic old school Palm Springs experience. Julia and Mark’s wedding was a celebration of family and friends, handcrafted cocktails, tacos and a lot of love. And the Flashdance made sure it ended with all on the dance floor. Who wants to do it again?!
