From Jaclyn Fisher of Two Little Birds Planning… From their warm hearts to their strong faith, Courtney and Kit’s personal touches truly brought together their guests in celebration of their marriage on a beautiful July day at Talamore Country Club in Ambler, PA. The color palette of light pink, light yellow, gold, and green lent itself perfectly to the romantic garden theme, while the homemade elements incorporated a sweet vintage feel.

The day started with serenity and relaxation at the historic Joseph Ambler Inn where the bride and bridesmaids enjoyed yoga lead by a family friend. Daneen Jenson & Associates helped Courtney achieve a natural yet graceful look with soft twists pulled into a low bun. Courtney wore a gorgeous Stefan Jolie lace gown with a plunging scalloped neckline, sheer lace back, and a light pink sash from Bijou Bridal. She also wore her mom’s veil that had beautiful floral edging detail. Her six bridesmaids wore silk chiffon J. Crew dresses all in the color dusty shale, but in different styles. The groom and groomsmen wore black ties and grey suits that were accented by an organic boutonniere of yellow blooms and greenery by Oleander Florals. Courtney’s bridal bouquet was spectacular. It was a lush, bohemian, front spilling, floor length cascade of cream, nude, blush, butter, peach, salmon, and coral blooms including peonies, garden roses, tea roses, poppies, ranunculus, wildflowers, and mixed blooms. The florals were accented with delicate mixed green foliage, ferns, and ivy. The bouquet was wrapped with heirloom soft blush raw silk dupioni ribbon with a draped airy bow tie finish.

The amazing florals didn’t end with the bouquet. The ceremony space was a picturesque backdrop of natural raw edge linen draping over the existing trellis terrace. The open curtain style draping was accented by an organic symmetrically suspended, spilling garland of lush mixed foliage, ivy, and mixed florals. The draping was tied back with lush clusters of mixed florals and botanicals and the entire space was accented with lanterns.

The Ballroom’s dramatic butterfly staircase set against a 30-foot waterfall over a Monet mosaic was the backdrop for the wedding party and couple’s grand entrances that were perfectly choreographed to Imagine Dragon’s “On Top of the World.” Courtney and Kit first danced to “Forever Like That” by Ben Rector transitioning into “Makin’ My Dreams Come True” by Hall & Oates. Courtney and her dad danced to “The Way You Look Tonight” by Frank Sinatra, which transitioned into The Temptations’ “My Girl.” Steve Wonder’s “Sunshine of My Life” played for Kit and his mom’s special dance. DJ Charlie Carbon kept guests on the dance floor all night long.

To finish off the night, the newlywed exited the reception under a sea of sparklers, which were displayed in buckets with a sign that read, “Let love Sparkle.” This couldn’t have been a more perfect end to this Independence Day Weekend wedding!
