I can already tell I haven’t seen the last of Shakespeare on the Hudson. With its stunning views and great location, it’s the perfect backdrop for beautiful bashes, including this rustic wedding between two self-confessed food lovers. With whimsical nods to their palate passions, a guy + a girl photography had a blast capturing every minute of their celebration. See one of my new favorite spots right this way.
From A Guy + A Girl Photography… Susan and Danny said “I do” on the shores of the Hudson River, overlooking the Bear Mountain Bridge in Catskill, NY. Their sweet celebration incorporated elements of both of their Korean heritage, as well as their passion for food. As they explained to us in our first meeting, “We’re not foodies…we just love to eat!”
Their rustic, whimsical welcome table encouraged guests to contribute to a fingerprint tree in place of a guest book, and featured advice cards, ribbon wands, and a program with their signature wedding animal – two happy pigs! Cocktail hour was a gorgeous array of fresh autumn ideas – bright pink beet dips, adorable mini-carrots and plenty of non-veggie items as well.
The glowstick-lit dance party that followed raged on the dance floor, and a wild time was had by all. An amazing day for an amazing couple!
