From TOAST Santa BarbaraNatalya and Aaron were high school sweethearts whose paths led them back to each other after they finished college. They decided Santa Barbara was an ideal destination wedding location for their intimate wedding and families, who were primarily based in Tennessee and the East Coast. San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito welcomed guests for an entire weekend of celebrations!

The celebrations kicked off on Thursday with welcome cocktails under the Loquat trees at the San Ysidro Ranch Wine Cellar Patio. The next evening, the groom’s parents hosted a rehearsal at the Hydrangea Cottage. The wedding day saw the couple married on one of the garden lawns followed by cocktails in the garden, dinner on the Stonehouse Restaurant patio and dancing and dessert inside the Stonehouse itself.

The ceremony chairs were dressed in the cutest School Girl seat cushions from La Tavola Linen. Acknowledging the bride’s love of animals, boxwood topiary animals, embellished with floral treatments and ribbons, were placed around the cocktail reception space.

A Scottish bagpiper led guests from the cocktail reception to the dinner reception. Garden roses in all shade of blush and pinks topped the tables alongside tall taper candles in silver candlesticks. Close family friend, country music artist, Philip Claypool serenaded the couple and their guests as a special treat.

For dessert, in addition to the wedding cake covered in sugared four-leaf clovers, a grooms cake was created in the likeness of the couple’s dog. Complimenting the cake options, ice cream sandwiches from Nyes Ice Cream Sandwiches, a favorite of the couple’s, were flown in from North Carolina, much to the delight of all the guests. The evening ended with a sparkling send off as the couple departed in a vintage Mercedes convertible. Cheers to Natalya and Aaron!
