Filled to the brim with beautiful blush, ivory, gold details and overflowing with peonies, this celebration has me smiling from ear to ear. Every bit of it gets our SMP seal of approval, and it’s obvious that Countdown Events knew what they were doing. Blush Wedding Photography gathered all this pretty in one place and my Monday just got a whole lot better thanks to all these goodies.
From Countdown Events… Claire and Ben are so lovely and an absolute joy to work with! They are a true power couple in the medical field and so smart, but at the same time so down to earth. They wanted a beautiful, simple ceremony and reception. They wanted to ensure their guests had an amazing time and they didn’t want anything stuffy. Claire had such a fresh color palette in mind for her wedding flowers and decor and both Celisa Florist and Début Events did an incredible job bringing her vision to life. Our first task was to find the perfect venue that reflected both the feel of the West Coast and the couple’s natural laid back style. The Hart House provide all of this and more.
Once we settled on the venue Claire trusted us absolutely with creating her dream day. From the outset working with Celsia and Debut we wanted to produce something totally customized and unique. Some of my favorite elements from the wedding was of course the hints of blush pink blended with creams and natural greens, I loved the long tables under the chandelier lit tent, the olive branch on each place setting, the arch was to die for, and the dessert table was so cool and inviting. At the end of the night when the dance floor was filled with Claire and Bens loved ones, I stepped outside and all you could see was the shimmering of the lights and glow of the candles. It felt amazing to be part of such a gorgeous celebration.
