From Super Tuscan Wedding Planners... I personally met with Rob and Becca for the first time in June 2013, and since the very beginning we discovered a strong feeling among me, my wife Arianna, Rebecca and Robert. They were enthusiastic about the town of Cortona -- a real pearl of Tuscany -- its sights and the villa for their wedding. And the wedding day absolutely reflected all their first excitement!!
The wedding started on a fresh morning, sunny as never before, and more than exciting for our Becca & Rob! The ladies started preparing in the early morning: the Bridesmaids with beautiful violet long dresses and the Bride with a stunning mermaid white lace wedding gown with a ribbon on the back. The colors chosen by the Bride and Groom for their wedding day were violet and yellow. The sunflowers for the Bridesmaids’ bouquets really seemed the best choice for a Tuscan wedding! The Groom had a blue suit and a violet color tie, in perfect style with the Bridesmaids’ dresses.
Ready for the ceremony, the guests and the Groom reached the town hall of Cortona for the most important moments of our Bride & Groom’s lives! The emotions were perceivable in the air and it couldn’t have been more magic with the string quartet and two beautiful souls happily in love and marrying once for a lifetime! The main square of Cortona then enjoyed their happiness along with their 180 guests.
It was amazing to see our lovely couple coming out into the sun at the top of the giant staircase of Cortona's town hall, and see them enjoying their guests down until the last step. Moreover, it was a special day for the town as well, and as Becca & Rob reached the main square of the town, at the bottom of the staircase, a group of drums entered the square dressed with historic costumes. I admit, it was not planned, but a real wonderful soundtrack for such a moment!
Just one last detail I cannot forget about Becca & Rob’s wedding…their emotional speeches and those of their parents and guests. They included all those moments, emotions, troubles, efforts and deserved successes that this couple had in their last year and for me that year didn’t mean just wedding planning, but an important part of my life, made of lots of lessons.. and I’m proud of having been the wedding planners of Becca & Rob!
