Rustic Wedding at The Forge

This wedding is gorgeous; there's no doubt about that.  It's a day that weaves stunning details with a laid-back charm that is hard to duplicate.  But peel back the layers upon layers of pretty and you'll find an affair rich in love and family.  A day that is full of DIY charm, laughter and a whole lot of dancing.  It's the epitome of l.o.v.e and you can see it all captured by Eliza J. From Eliza J. Photography... This wedding is full of foliage and rustic elegance! We loved the mountainous backdrop and all the industrial flare the venue had to offer! This incredible team put together the most beautiful of events and all was filled with an amazing amount of love. Both Matt (the groom) and Grace (the bride) lost their fathers and have been raised by beautiful widowed mothers. Because of this, people graciously pitched in to offer their help and services, truly making this wedding an act of love in every form. Homemade pies were all cooked by friends of the families and hot chocolate with donuts were served by local teenagers from the neighborhood.

The venue itself wasn't made for weddings nor has it ever been used for one, but the owners made an exception for this family because they could see the amount of love that was going into the event and they wanted to be a part of it. I'm just grateful I could be there to witness everyone come together. It was a beautiful feeling to be surrounded by so many loved ones and by so much beauty all in one place!
