Rustic Chic Grand Cayman Wedding
In my humble opinion, there is nothing quite like an Island "I do". Barefoot on the beach, the details that make up this sunny Grand Cayman Island fete from Celebrations Ltd. are nothing short of awe-inspiring. From the whimsical rustic-chic decor to the delicious bakery corner, every single moment Karina Briguera, PictureThis, and Froggy captured is your weekday getaway and you can see it all right here.
From JoAnne V. Brown Of Celebrations Ltd.... We were taken back to the days we imagined we were princesses or queens, reigning supreme in a castle on the clouds – or mini-me’s sprinkling fairy dust and glitter while flying high atop our kingdoms when we were asked to plan, design and produce Jason & Courtney’s wedding… and we loved every minute of it!
Paying homage to the elegance of ‘rustic-chic’ and child-like whimsy, we featured antique bird cages and bicycles, mason jars and flip flops among other accents. Miniature forests at the center of some tables and crystals raining from cascading floral pieces allowed for candles to dance in the sky above the enchanted garden of dining guests.
A rural cathedral-inspired arch welcomed the newlyweds and loved ones to all of the beauty that Seven Mile Beach and the light blue ocean had to offer – an interesting contrast to the woodsy themed event. And last but certainly not least, a bakery corner resembling something from a Disney fairy tale — you’d almost expect to find Little Red Riding Hood’s cape among the frosted cupcakes and sugary glazed confections.
The sun began to set on the perfect day but the shining light of love and the reflection of every twinkling candle hanging from the tree branches bouncing off the mirror vases kept the celebration going well into the night.
Congrats to the happy couple! We wish you an eternity of love, health, happiness and blessings forevermore.
