French chateaus are a pot of gold, a treasure chest of possibilities for weddings. Already possessing an insane amount of elegance and romance, they transform a celebration into something extra special, and this multi-cultural summer soiree is a perfect example. From Weday’s… A lovely half French, half Hong Kong wedding, which took place in a Bordeaux chateau. Everything took place at the chateau, from the preparation of the couple in the suites of this 12th century castle (Chateau de la Ligne in Lignan de Bordeaux) to the beautiful evening itself, including a romantic civil ceremony in the park overlooking the vineyards and a cocktail accompanied by live jazz musicians.
Heather and Adrien’s vows:
“On this day, Adrien, I take you to be my best friend. My wonderful partner, and my one true love. I promise you to encourage you, to support you and to stand by your side whenever you need me. And to inspire you and to love you truly, through good times and bad times. I will forever be there to laugh with you, to lift you up when you are down and to grow along with you and to love you unconditionally through all our adventures in life together. I love you.”
