Rustic Charm in the South of France
Set in the South of France, this darling little wedding has earned a spot in my heart forever. From the venue with it's sweet mint shutters and potted greens to the cute-as-ever flower girl to the enchanting ceremony complete with a giant chandelier, La Fabrique à Rêves and Greg Finck Photography have delivered a gallery filled with a simple kind of beauty that'll keep you coming back for more.
From La Fabrique a Reves...We are delighted to share this beautiful South of France wedding with you! A 3 day event with such an adorable couple. Taken by the gorgeous scenery and surroundings, this couple opted for a stylish but rustic destination wedding in south of France. Le Mas des Comtes de Provence is a XV centuries property with charming old stones, beautifully restored and turned into an idyllic wedding venue in the heart of Provence. At the gates of the Alpilles, Les Baux de Provence or Saint Remy de Provence, this is a remarkable place, ideally located.
After a beautiful and moving ceremony under a glamorous big chandelier hung by a gigantic pine in the centre of the garden, the guests were treated to a cocktail hour in the courtyard of a typical provencal mansion.
We used a palette of pastel color with old rose, hydrangeas and olive gorgeously fitting the setting of the historic mansion where the reception was held. The gypsophila flower garland from the ceremony and all the amazing flowers were perfectly done by our beloved florist Virginie from L'Art qui pousse.
The dinner was held next to the swimming pool where the famous caterer La Truffe Noire served a lobster salad with citrus vinaigrette, followed by a roast duck breast with honey and figs from Provence, that all guests have worshiped.
There are so many things we loved about this wedding and we are so happy that Greg Finck, photographer and MG Image, video artist, were able to offer us fantastic images of that day.
A big thank you to Thaïs & Patrick who have entrusted us with organising and managing this important day and with whom we had a lot of fun throughout the preparations. They form a very close unit and pretty family with their adorable daughter and we wish them nothing but happiness.
