Seaside Castle Wedding in Spain

This wedding is the epitome of romantic.  It's soft and ethereal with a jaw-droppingly gorgeous locale (hello sweet Castell De Tamarit), pretty pink blooms from Phlox and some of the most amazing details you will ever lay your eyes upon from Bodas De Cuento.  In other words?  It's pure perfection.  See it all captured by Raquel Benito right here.

From Bodas De Cuento... Julie and Bruno, a French couple living in Barcelona, got married in the stunning Castell de Tamarit, a castle located in Tarragona, 100 km from Barcelona. All the guests came mostly from France and Portugal.

Julie gave much importance to the moment of getting dressed. She dreamed to be dressed by her bridesmaids. Julie also made a gesture towards her 'girls' and she gave them a present: a tote bag with lots of girly stuff, such as a vanity kit with their names.

The ceremony took place just in front of the sea with a gorgeous arch of olive leaves and flowers especially made for the occasion. Julie wanted her wedding to have a soft air and that was the reason why all the flowers and most of the decoration elements were pinks and whites. For flowers we used roses, hydrangeas, astilbe... It was very important to have a soft inspiration but representing the Mediterranean style.

During the ceremony there was a balloons release in tribute to their parents. All the guests balloons were white, except Julie and Bruno's, which were red. It was a very emotive moment, we knew that it was going to be, so we thought it would be perfect to prepare some fabric tissues for the "tears of joy".

An authentic Cuban band took charge of the music during the ceremony and appetizers.

After the ceremony, our couple went to the beach for a very special photo shoot with a lit staircase. When they came back, they could enjoy the food and music with their guests.

As the food was served as a cocktail, there was a lettering board with all of the menu.

During the dinner, a rock and jazz band called 'La Soul Machine' entertained the guests. Also there was a magical tree of memories and a guest book. After the dinner there was a new surprise for all the guest, a vintage caravan of crêpes.

As Julie and Bruno wanted, they could enjoy of the wedding near the sea, a splendid weather and a magical night with hundreds of light garlands hanging from the trees and good live music.
