From the beautiful Bride...We wanted our wedding to have an elegant yet rustic flair to mirror our personal style, and we struggled to find a venue within a reasonable distance from both our families that fit our style. We took a chance and booked the Ryland Inn before the event ballroom was even constructed and were (thankfully!) happy with how it came out. The space was refined but natural, with lots of light and wood and stone finishes. We worked closely with our officiant to craft a ceremony that truly represented us as individuals, honored our loved ones, and celebrated our future together. We know a lot of people were moved by the ceremony, as there were a lot of tears from our family and friends! We’re happy we hired a videographer, whose work complemented the wonderful photography of Caroline. The whole day went by so fast, so it is nice to have both photos and video through which to relive the day! Our DJ was also a pleasure to work with, and kept the dance floor full all night. We love to dance, so one of our favorite memories is being on the dance floor surrounded by so many loved ones from so many different parts of our lives.
