Remember that time we (virtually) trekked to London for Bright Bazaar’s ridiculously adorable engagement? Well today, my dears, we get to find out what happened next. I’m talking a destination wedding on the Spanish island of Minorca filled with color, style and no shortage of love all photographed by Jean-Laurent Gaudy. Sit back and get comfy because this party is just getting started.
From Jean-Laurent Gaudy… What an incredible adventure have I lived with Will & Toby this year. First for their engagement session in London, and then in Minorca for their Mediterranean wedding. They were both so kind and so generous. The memories of these fabulous moments will stay with me for sure.
Words from Will… Toby and I met while we were at university in 2009 and have been together ever since. Toby proposed to me in December 2012 on top of the Pompidou Centre during a trip to Paris. We decided to have a destination wedding and chose to get married on the Spanish Balearic Island, Menorca. This was because we had vacationed together on the island for many years, visiting the same winery at which we eventually held the ceremony and reception for many years; knowing the staff and seeing it grow meant it felt personal and special to us. The wedding was intimate, relaxed and informal, just the way we had hoped it would be.
