If I could sit down at this beyond lovely table designed by Belle’ham Events, I don’t think I would ever get up. The florals alone from In Bloom Designs would have me beside myself with happiness, so when you add in the stationery from Spruce and stunning images from Joe And Patience – we are left with a gallery that makes me giddy beyond words.
We all really wanted to do something that was a bit of a departure from the popular burlap and mason jar wedding that we see so much of up here in Northwest Washington. The Lairmont Manor, a historic building in the Fairhaven area of Bellingham, was the perfect choice to pull off our vision.
The flowers I chose were selected for their classic elegance and timeless qualities. Garden roses, peonies, poppies and lots of trailing greenery really brought the french inspiration to life. I just loved the soft color palate of peach and ivory offset by the rich emerald green and charcoal grey accents.
Belle Bridal featured the “Brandie”, “Bronwyn” and “Deidre” dresses from Maggie Sottero as well as a Mori Lee “1819”. I feel the dress choices were a great compliment to the floral and table design elements as well as the overall setting of the Lairmont Manor.
