Summer Engagement in the Bahamas

I kind of want to be these people. One, their engagement session was in the Bahamas. Two, they are drop dead gorgeous. Three, they had Julie Cate Photography behind the lens to snap up some seriously envy-worthy shots.  In the lottery of life, they are totally winning, and this gallery proves it.

From Julie Cate Photography...Ashley and Ash are such a beautiful couple. They are tying the knot next spring in North Florida but for engagement pictures we went to the Bahamas, a favorite of theirs. The couple went for a fun nautical and preppy look in hues of the blue and green that tied in so well with the surroundings. A simple wide brim hat is always appropriate for the sun and playful kisses.

The last evening of the trip, we went out to catch the last bit of light as the sun set. It began to rain and almost spoiled our photos. We stayed out and enjoyed the light shower. And the pictures were lovely.

It was great to spend this time with two special friends in a beautiful place that has been so memorable to them.
