I’ve not yet had the chance to visit Bald Head Island. But after being entranced by this magical shoot from Rachel Red Photography and Kickstand Events, I’m thinking that adding it this secluded destination to my travel wish list might be a good idea. From Rachel Red Photography…Some of the best wedding vendors in the Wilmington area collaborated on a romantic, fine art inspired shoot for Bald Head Island Club and their potential clients. The colors were picked directly from the decor at the Club. We went with a slightly bohemian hairstyle with braids for the bride and bridesmaid to keep things casual for the Bald Head Island feel. One of my favorite things about the island is that it is a golf cart only island. There are no cars allowed. It was important that we took a few photos with the Rolls Royce golf cart that can be rented for the wedding day instead of a getaway car. A vintage engagement ring and blueberry accents were among some of the favorite details. Jaimie designed the look with the help of Rachel Red Photography. Jaimie was also the bride model in the photos!
