Romantic Florida Wedding at Powel Crosley Estate
Ladies and gents, this Florida fête at the Powel Crosley Estate is one to behold. It beautifully blends classic styling with an utterly romantic vibe, with gorgeous florals and planning from One Fine Day Inc. that couldn't be more perfect if they tried. Top it all off with a stunning black and gold color palette, and we are giving this gallery from Kallima Photograph one heck of a standing ovation.
From Kallima Photography...Bianca and Giovanni took their wedding day and made it their own. A little bit classic, a lot romantic, with a theme centered around "xoxo" and a custom monogram for their day. The monogram showed up on all the paperie and banners. XOXO confetti spilled out of the invitation suite, and was scattered on top of most of the decor tables.
The Circle Room at the Powel Crosley provided the most gorgeous backdrop for Bianca to slip into her stunning lace Allure trumpet gown. Giovanni stayed classic in a black Vera Wang tux with the always stylish bow-tie.
Sarah at One Fine Day coordinated the entire day flawlessly, and also provided the gorgeous florals that enveloped the white tent for the reception. Whites, greens, blacks, crystal and sparkle. I loved the anemone's in the bridesmaids bouquets, and the black and white striped accenting picture frames on the welcome table. Instax cameras were set out for guests to take photographs of themselves, and you could also write a note and hang them on a gold painted wood tree.
The dessert table was covered with a variety of yummy cupcakes, and succulents in vintage gold vases made the tables shimmer in the sunset light. The menu's were simply white with black lettering, with a rosemary sprig accenting the top.
Bistro lights lit the dance floor under the stars, and heartfelt toasts didn't leave a dry eye in the place. One toast especially by the best man, paid tribute and a moment of silence to Giovanni's father who passed away unexpectedly within the year.
After hours of dancing and the dance floor was still going strong, McDonald's cheeseburgers and hot Apple Pie's arrived for guests to refuel..it was literally the best idea ever. For the exit, the bride and groom ran through a shower of rose petals while the best man followed behind them with a boom-box playing their favorite tune. All in all, a completely magical and personal event.
