Snowy Winter Central Park Vow Renewal

Call me crazy, but I am itching to see those first few snowflakes drop from the sky. The cold, weightless flutter of fluffy little ice crystals makes time feel as if it’s standing still and all is at peace. It’s kind of the perfect setting for a vow renewal if you think about it. That’s exactly what this lovely little family (how cute are they?!) did, all bundled up in Central Park on a wintry day. Archetype Studio tagged along and we’re so glad they did.

From Koby & Terilyn Brown ArchetypeGlade Arch was constructed in 1862, it originally carried carriage traffic to Fifth Avenue. A fitting testament to longevity, this arch was chosen by Katherine and Chris as the perfect place to renew their marriage vows and celebrate their love. The maid and man of honor were their two precious children. New York has always held a special place in this couple’s hearts and I loved that they chose to write their vows on vintage postcards showcasing their two favorite landmarks. I’m also completely smitten with Katherine’s choice of a pale gray wool coat and the pretty pop of color in the bouquet! A perfect snowy day in Central Park filled with beautiful wintery light made a gorgeous backdrop for this sweet celebration!
