New Styles + Colors from Joanna August + A Contest!

We're always in full swoon mode when anything Joanna August shows up in our mailbox. And today is no different my dears, because we've got a sneak peek at this season's stunning new styles + colors! We're loving these new designs that are a bit sexy + more streamlined featuring slits, cut outs and even seam details. Ready to see more?

Introducing seven new styles, each available long and short, and three new colors (Into the Mystic, Scarlett Begonia + a yet-to-be-named Emerald) Joanna August comes through with another collection of bridesmaid dresses that can be worn long after the big day. We’re loving all-chiffon Sammy and the Ava which features an ivory lace bodice and chiffon skirt. These two new styles are even convertible and can be tied into over 14 different styles! To celebrate these gorgeous gowns, Joanna August put together a moody, Art Deco-inspired photo shoot at the amazing Cicada Club in downtown Los Angeles! I mean, how gorgeous?!

To Enter: Think up a fabulous name for the new Joanna August emerald color! Contest submissions should be made through the Joanna August website contact page with SMP CONTEST as the subject line. Color names need to be song titles. The title can be a literal or obscure reference to the color- it does not need to say the color in the title, just to evoke the feeling of the color. Examples of current colors are "Smoke on the Water" for steel gray, "Going to the Chapel" for vanilla and "Tangled Up in Blue" for navy. Submissions must be made by November 6, 2014 at midnight.
