I can’t think of any better way to beat the seasonal blues than a greenhouse wedding in the middle of winter. It’s exactly the route these two Philadelphia lovies went and I, for one, am a major fan. Of course, they couldn’t have pulled it off without Stephen STARR Events by their side, and Love By Serena captured every last bit. From Love By Serena…When I received Rhae’s e-mail about documenting their big day, I was over the moon with excitement. I first met her through past wedding clients of mine (Sylvie & Charlie), as she was the maid of honor in their wedding. Sylvie was her matron of honor and Charlie officiated their ceremony, so it was awesome to see some familiar faces.
Rhae and Nick are both doctors residing in Philadelphia, PA. Being the fun, laid-back couple that they are, they wanted to reflect that in their wedding. The two of them wanted to have some gorgeous, natural light for their winter wedding – yet wanted to keep warm. That said, The Horticulture Center at Fairmount Park (a beautiful greenhouse) was the perfect spot for their ceremony and reception!
They got ready at the elegant Hyatt at the Bellevue in Philadelphia. The two of them saw each other for the first time on the 19th floor of the hotel (XIX restaurant), with a lovely view of the city. Rhae wore an absolutely stunning Jenny Packham dress.
