Romantic Waterfront Australia Wedding at Campbell Point House

I've been starring at these images from The White Tree for quite some time, and yet still can't find words that will do them justice. This is a wedding that is truly beautiful in every sense of the word - from the gorgeous styling to the totally in love high school sweethearts saying I do - every moment captured is as stunning as it is sweet, and you can see even more here.

From The Bride... My now husband and I met as High school sweethearts and we have been together for 11 years. Nick organised a surprise trip to Sydney where he planned a sea plane to fly us to an Island for a romantic picnic on the beach where he proposed.

The wedding was at Campbell Point House. We loved the romance of the venue and the fact that our family could stay at the venue with us during the weekend, having everyone with you makes it even more special. It was also the location as it was halfway between our old home where we grew up in Country Victoria before we moved to Melbourne together at the age of 18.

The theme was inspired by the location, the venue and a romantic look and feel. It was all whites and soft pinks, all neutral colors. Everything on the day had some handmade elements to it, from the homemade jam, to the wedding cake, to the hand made menus and name tags. My Mother made the cake, which was a white chocolate mud cake, my 77 year old Grandmother made homemade jams for the bombonieres.

The weather was clear but windy, however as we sat down for dinner which was set up outside on the grass the gods were smiling as the sun came out for a brief moment before we all headed back inside the house to continue the night with cocktails and dancing.

I had seen Karen Willis Holmes gowns featured on wedding blogs, which I was looking at while preparing for our wedding, I went to some other stores to try dresses on, but nothing I tried made me feel like it was the one. Then we went to the Karen Willis Holmes Armadale store and this dress was perfect. I said I would buy it before I even saw myself in the mirror, as it just felt perfect, I had to have it! The detail, the design…I didn't want to take it off!

All bridesmaids dresses were different selected by the bridesmaids themselves, from Review, Rodeo Show and some online stores.
