Set at Stone Manor Country Club, this wedding had a sophisticated sparkle. After exchanging vows under a beautiful Oak, the couple moved indoors to an even more romantic ambiance designed by Roberts & Co. Events. With pops of purple at every turn, including the bride’s bouquet by Da Vinci Florist, you can see all of the FABULOUS affair, thanks to Darling Photographers, right here.
From Roberts & Co. Events… Cherrie and Jorge came to us wanting to plan a wedding that felt sexy, romantic, and had amazing food and music. They wanted to make sure that the ambiance was unlike all the other weddings they had attended in recent years. We planned for the wedding at Stone Manor Country Club surrounded by a small group of friends and family. They were married under an aged oak tree as sturdy as their faith, incorporating the details of her Philippine heritage of the coin, cord, and veil and supported by their sponsors that were made up of family members. Guests were given programs that had lavender satchels on the back to toss for the newlyweds as they came back down the aisle. We started with a color story of platinum, dusty rose, and orchid and wanted to bring in a lot of sparkle, and create a fun yet sophisticated vibe using wash lighting, hanging chandeliers, and linens flown in from California from the all wonderful La Tavola fine linens. We mixed together rectangles and rounds with alternating linens incorporating ruffles and sequins. The tables were layered with candles and lush textured arrangements that really made the room feel romantic. The bride and groom danced the night away surrounded by friends, occasionally piling into the photobooth for tons of silly shots. The bride has a big sweet tooth so we incorporated a purple and silver candy table for the younger crowd as well as a three tiered cake covered in rosettes and delicious buttercream tiers. With layers of crystals, glass, and candles draped around the room the night felt romantic and sexy all at the same time. Guests were greeted into the tent with large framed mirrors with calligraphy by Meant to Be Calligraphy surrounded by floating candles and custom linens.
