When I was asked what I envisioned for my bridal shower many moons ago, the answer was flowers – a sea of them. Nothing says bridal quite like loads of pastel blooms and this Vancouver shower is out to prove just that. From the bride… What more fun than having loving and creative friends who are willing to style your bridal shower together? It is my childhood dream to be a creative business owner so hosting this bridal shower at my very own Chandelier Wedding’s Studio Monet was especially meaningful. Every girlfriend who attended this party has been my biggest cheerleader since the beginning of this new endeavor. And it is through this new journey, I developed a very special friendship with Nadia (from Nadia Hung Photography) and Karla (from Written Word Calligraphy). When I shared with the two lovelies my idea of hosting a floral workshop bridal shower, they said “Yes, let’s make it happen!” without second thoughts. It was so fun to have them involved in making this bridal shower so beautiful. It was also a wonderful opportunity to share my greatest passion with my close ones!
Nadia captured this pastel and airy soiree perfectly with tons of laughers and smiles. Karla created a set of soft peach colored stationery to match my pastel colored blooms and vintage teacups. I also have to extend a big thank you to Kristine of Hellosunshine Cake Studio for her gorgeous cake and J&S Catering for the delicate gourmet odeuvre. Every detail of this bridal shower is so perfect that it brings me to tears looking back at the pictures.
