Sometimes a simple detail can make for a major wow moment. For this Denver affair, that wow moment comes in the form of the sweetest hanging flower installation. It’s perfection crafted by Bella Lu Floral and really sets the tone for a rustic meets garden shindig photographed by Connie Dai. It’s au naturel beauty at its best. Click here for more.
From Emily, the Bride… Our wedding planning started with a few themes: simple, rustic, and fun! As the big day approached, with the help of fabulous vendors, we were able to stay true to those themes and create an unforgettable atmosphere. The Green Farm Barn at Chatfield Botanic Gardens guarantees an adorable setting. From the beautiful market lighting over the porch outside the barn where we had our ceremony, to the cozy wooden and well-lit interior for the reception, this venue matched my vision perfectly.
Since the venue shines so brightly on its own, we were able to keep our decorations very simple. For the reception tables, our wonderful florist created arrangements in square wooden boxes mixed with a variety of mason jars and unique vases holding flowers and candles. Most of the vases were thrift shop finds throughout wedding planning! I created our table numbers, escort card frame, cake stands, and card box.
