Romantic Maui Elopement

True story: about a month ago, my fiance and I ran off to get married... just the two of us and the sweetest ever justice of the peace.  It was the best day ever, and one of the many reasons I am totally on board with this adorable duo's decision to throw caution to the wind and say "I do" with a joint wedding/honeymoon on the breathtaking cliffs of Maui.  It's simple, sweet and captured by Wendy Laurel, which means it's oh-so-pretty.  See it all in the full gallery.

From Wendy Laurel... Kate and John escaped their busy lives in Atlanta for a dreamy romantic elopement and honeymoon. They knew if they had a wedding at home, their guest list would be miles long and that might mean missing out on a spectacular honeymoon. So they chose to run away and get hitched and honeymoon all in one. They choose Maui and the day couldn't have been better. Bright blue skies, tradewinds, a sprinkling of rain, and loads of sunshine set on the cliffs at Kapalua was the setting for their ceremony. They booked plenty of time for wedding day portraits both at the cliff and the beach, then ended their special day with a romantic dinner for two right next to the beach. What could be simpler or more romantic?
